Pittsburg Historical Museum Launches New Website

The Pittsburg Historical Museum is pleased to announce the launch of our new redesigned website at pittsburgmuseum.org. Over the past two months, we have been working diligently to build a new site visitors can use to explore Pittsburg’s rich history. The site features new additions such as the Artifact of the Month, vintage videos from our new YouTube channel, full size never-before-seen images, and a new email newsletter.

The new website marks a significant milestone in the history of the Pittsburg Historical Society as we pave the way for the unprecedented access to historically significant archival holdings, photos, documents, videos, recorded oral history, and more.

Our website will be key to communicating with potential visitors and locals, and especially after the mandatory lockdown due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Some of the new features on the website include a blog with planned postings covering a wide variety of topics, announcements, invitations to public events and more.
